We work with clients, who are seeking a quality contact/marketing operation and/or back office service facility through outsourcing to our state of the art, international, multilingual, 24/7 operation located in Egypt.

About the Role
The Business Development Manager role requires you to attract new clients/business opportunities within the AU/NZ market. Your prospective clients are Customer Care, Procurement, Payroll, Sales and Marketing stakeholders across a range of industries: FMCG, Retail, Banking & Finance, Automotive, Telecommunications, Insurance, Travel and Hospitality as well as Utilities.
Mentor CX will back up your sales pitch with an exceptional service from our Partner Service Providers. This is a results-focused business; so you will be expected to be pro-active and energetic in managing your pipeline and sales activity. The role will include following up promptly on enquiries, generating leads (through research, networking, attending industry events, etc), and exposing/closing new business deals.

~Commission is paid fortnightly, commences after the first invoice is issued to the corresponding client(s) and is payable as long as Mentor CX retains the corresponding client(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- The delivery of new business within Australia and New Zealand.
- Creation of account plans for major prospective accounts.
- Achievement of annual new business revenue targets.
- Establish, grow and maintain a new business sales pipeline.
- Form and maintain client relationships, understand their buying criteria and decision-making process to achieve strategic sales growth.
- Work with the Client and Mentor CX Mgmt. to shape, negotiate and close outsourcing contracts
- Manage deal closure cycle from Negotiate to Close and Transition to Delivery teams
- Preparation of sales presentations, proposals, tenders/bids involvement & contracts
- Represent deals at relevant review and approval forums
- Comply with Mentor CX Policies and Procedures
- To be successful for this Role you need to have:
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience in the Australian/New Zealand Market, preferably within the Business Process Outsourcing industry and the industries listed above.
- A demonstrated track record in business development/new business sales
- Existing contacts and networks within the Australian and New Zealand markets
- Customer focus and highly refined relationship development skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills, persuasive ability, excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to interact at a strategic level.
- Outstanding time management and reporting skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
